*******One Mile Time Trial RESULTS*******

For our first Challenge, we have a Mile Time Trial:

Anyone can participate in these challenges.  We just hope that we can help people feel a little more connected during isolation while doing what we all love: Running!  You can join in by competing in or just completing each weekly challenge!

OPTION 1:

Join our Club on Strava:

Run one mile as fast as you can ANYWHERE  during one of your runs and include the phrase RUNCRC anywhere in the title of your run on the app!  We'll see the tag and take the fastest mile in your run and add you to the challenge/results!

OPTION 2:

Join our Club on Strava:

Run one of these pre-made one mile segments and upload your run to Strava this weekend!  Each of these routes are one mile long with NO TURNS.  Be careful, though.  Obey all traffic laws and remember to practice social distancing!

The McMullen Mile

OPTION 3:

Run ONE mile as fast as you can, SCREEN SHOT or TAKE A PICTURE of your time and distance.

Then email it to us at SUBMIT MY MILE

Winners and results will be announced HERE on Sunday Night!
