The Charlotte Running Club x Run For Your Life RISE N RUN event returns Friday August 19th at RFYL University, and it promises to be a morning filled with fun, fitness, and camaraderie.
The run / walk starts at 6am with 3, 4, & 5 mile route options to run and 2 mile route to walk. Directions will provided as well as RunGo routes you can load onto your phone. We will be serving pancakes, fresh fruit, and coffee to help you refuel and recover! Need to restock for your long run on the weekend? Run for Your Life will open their doors for early shopping too!

We want to emphasize that all of our events, including this one, are open to everyone, regardless of membership status.
